Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all shipping activities, including order picking, packing, and fulfillment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Perform quality checks on packages before shipping to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification may be required).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Ability to use a nail gun, chop saw, and sawzall.
