What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator position at Summit Real Estate Team @Edina Realty?
The Summit Real Estate Team is looking for their next admin/marketing coordinator! This position is mostly in office but mixes in being out and about on photo shoots, dropping items for clients, and general errands. You would be handling internal paperwork from after the sale to completion of closing, as well as drafting documents for agents to use as well. Additionally, this position will create (with the marketing team) post cards, social media posts and other marketing materials. The position deals with both clients and agents, and is very reliant on computers, so customer service, co-working and computer skills are a must. Everything real estate related we can certainly train.
20-40 hours (slows in winter months, busier in warm months)
Schedule is flexible as long as it is consistent. Fun, laid back and ever changing work environment.
