Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be highly efficient.
- Must be able to work without supervision.
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- License software (RECON ITR/RECON IMAGER, RECON LAB, PALADIN PRO, etc.)
- Packing up software items for shipments
- Create shipping labels
- Dropping off packages at USPS and Mailzone for delivery (as needed)
- Updating the Master List of each software
- Software Demos (electronic and delivered)
- Provide customer support for existing software which includes (but is not limited to):
- Researching solutions to new customer issues
- Recording common issues via the development team ticketing system
- Following up with customers to ensure that their issue was resolved
- Perform research tasks related to improving the products
- Update Knowledge Base as new information becomes available
- Other related duties as assigned by Management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Note: Equivalent experience will be considered in place of a degree
Physical Requirements (if applicable):
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
