Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will assist with managing the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of office management procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable entry, credit card reconciliation, reconcile vendor statements
- Manage vendors and 1099 reporting
- Manage product entry for inventory in database
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Support the planning and execution of company events or meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with standard accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accounts receivable cash application
- Send customer statements
- Experience with QuickBooks, SOS Inventory is a plus
- Inventory and purchasing experience is a plus.
