A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PURCHASING ASSISTANT

In this full-time position, you offer hands-on support and coordination of project documentation. Most of your time is spent in the office on the phone or computer, interacting with clients, requesting schedules, and updating install dates. You also interact with vendors for ship dates, material tracking, and warranty requests. To ensure our technicians have what they need when they need it, you ensure material arrives for upcoming projects. Working closely with Project Management and Purchasing allows for an efficient operation and you love that you have your hands on the success of our current and future jobs!

PURCHASING ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable with computers/software
• 1 year of construction experience
