MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A BA or BS degree majoring in finance or accounting. Three to five years’ work experience in general ledger closings, and preparation of financial statements and analytical reports, or an approved combination of education and experience.
DESCRIPTION
Manages and performs various accounting activities including developing, implementing and maintaining accounting systems, policies and procedures, Compiling, analyzing and reporting accounting data for management reports and decision-making purposes. The Accounting Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, as well as in the monthly closing of the general ledger and the preparation of monthly financial statements. This position does supervise staff.
