Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a district of multiple salon locations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  
  
  

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of opportunity for improvement

• Lead and motivate the salon leadership team and employee
• Provide guidance and support to salon managers to help them achieve their goals
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
  
  
  

Manage profit and loss for the district, to ensure financial targets are met

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor sales initiatives
  
  
  

Will be required to work between Grand Island and Kearney locations

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, project management, or business development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel within the district as needed
