- Manageable elementary school caseload comprised of students with mildto moderate learning disabilities and delays
- Job Responsibilities Include:
- assessment and evaluation of student's areas of strength and needs
- adapting curriculum to accommodate diverse learners
- providing direct instructional services and support
- maintaining district compliant documentation
- collaboration with related service providers, school administration, and parents
- Requirements:
- North Carolina Special Education Teaching certification with Adaptive Curriculum endorsement
- recent experience teaching students with mild to moderate learning disabilities, preferably at the elementary school level
