Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Director is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the organization’s people strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, culture, compensation, and performance management. The HR Director is a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a key role in organizational growth and change management.

This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, culture, compensation, and performance management. The HR Director is a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a key role in organizational growth and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support long-term business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring operational excellence and professional growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws, risk management, and workplace policies.
- Direct company-wide initiatives including employee engagement, and culture-building efforts.
- Drive change management efforts during periods of transformation or growth.
- Lead performance management and compensation planning cycles.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and external HR consultants.
- Track and analyze HR KPIs to inform strategy and report to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading HR functions in a growing or complex organization.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in people management.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
