What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at SUNco?
SUNco is a residential home improvement and solar company based in 5 markets across the United States we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Account manager to join our team in Lehi, UT. This role primarily focuses on facilitating the progression of sales deals and managing interactions with Homeowners' Associations (HOAs), with a particular emphasis on our Hawaii market.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the status of sales orders, from initial contact to installation.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any operational issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with HOAs in the Hawaii market.
- Collaborate with HOAs to facilitate the approval process for solar installations, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Ensure compliance with HOA regulations and requirements, including permitting and design approvals.
- Maintain organized records of all communications and interactions related to deal progression and HOA engagements.
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork to HOAs and local authorities for permitting and approvals.
- Keep accurate records of sales orders and related documents.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of deals in the pipeline and HOA interactions to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales operations, project coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the residential solar industry and HOA processes is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
