POSITION:
Atlantis Rail Systems – Customer Service Representative
DESCRIPTION:
The Atlantis Rail Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing direct support to Atlantis Rail sales personnel and partner organizations. At the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing and Customer Service Manager this position will provide direct assistance to the sales department in a variety of areas. The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in our quote process and initiating quote follow up.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide general sales support to customers as needs arise.
- Provide order entry support to sales.
- Acquire and maintain proficiency in technical aspects of the product line and acquire the ability to provide quotation and pricing for customers.
- Initiate customer quote request by gathering complete information needed to quote.
- Administer and maintain quote process.
- Facilitate quote follow up process.
- Troubleshoot and facilitate customer issues to resolution.
- Provide back up and support to Sales personnel as needed.
- Facilitate sales by engaging end users and partners with product information. (after substantial product training)
- Administer and promote select marketing programs as directed.
- Other sales and customer service-related duties as they arise.
- Execute all job functions within the requirements set out in the Suncor Stainless Employee Manual, Atlantis Rail Order Processing Procedures (ARP 8) and in compliance with directives provided by direct supervisor.
SKILL AND ABILITIES
- Minimum 5 years customer service or sales support experience
- Building products experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft software skills.
- Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task without guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years customer service or sales support experience
- Some College, BA preferred
- Must be able to work 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
RATE OF PAY
- $19 - $21 per hour less applicable taxes, unpaid time off, social security, Medicare, and voluntary deductions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
