As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of the go-to team for keeping our facilities in top shape. Responsibilities
- Repair & Maintenance: Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, leak fixes, and troubleshooting for heating/cooling systems. Handle woodwork, carpet repairs, and general upkeep.
- Grounds Care: Shovel snow, mow lawns, and keep landscaping looking its best.
- Facility Checks: Conduct daily maintenance rounds and logs, ensuring smooth operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, and exterior areas.
- Rapid Response: Address maintenance requests from guests and team members with efficiency and professionalism.
- Safety First: Follow Sunday River’s policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Wages range from $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
