The Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance. Acting as the frontline liaison between the company and its customers, the representative must exhibit professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Keep up with all Safety training and Product Training.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- MS Office experience.
- SAP experience or similar.
- Auditing experience a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish English a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
