SunPoint is a premier Public Adjusting company representing policyholders in major first party insurance claims. Our role is to advocate for policyholders when major disasters hit their home, business, or commercial property. We are currently interviewing for licensed Sales Professionals and apprentice Sales Professionals for Pacific Northwest territory. These positions require licensure with individual state Department of Insurance. We procure licenses for the right individuals and will work with qualified individuals to obtain full licensure.
Preferred candidates will have:
- 4 years college or equivalent work in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Professional image and demeanor.
- Ability to work in high-stress environment with very high-profile clientele.
- Proven work track record.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass background-screening process.
- Computer literate and able to learn new software.
- Ability to work unsupervised and command results.
- Ability to travel.
Our employees are some of the highest compensated in the industry. We are looking for the best of the best. Employment packages include commission; medical, dental and vision plans; 401K with 3% of employee’s annual salary value as company contribution regardless of employee contribution.
Compensation averages from $125k to potentially over $400K annually.
Successful candidates have a proven track record of professional services sales or high-level sales in Service Industries. Must be highly self-motivated in sales.
