This Opportunity
Sunrise Engineering is currently initiating a search for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing organization. This position is based out of our Fillmore, Utah office. (40 hours per week) Hours to be 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Sunrise is a full-service professional engineering and consulting firm that provides services through the Intermountain and western regions of the United States. Our enthusiasm, commitment to clients, and dedicated, highly skilled associates have allowed us to become a regional leader in the engineering arena.
Your Impact
- Answer phones and greet guests with a pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
- Troubleshoot and keep copy machines, and printers loaded with paper
- Send and receive emails.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with Service Center project needs including (but not limited to) reports, correspondence letters, specification books, & inspection information.
- Assist in making travel arrangements
- Conference registration
- Scheduling Building Inspections
- Back up and assist in other areas as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of Administrative/office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Regularly work on repetitive tasks
- Frequently bend to file and maintain files
- Occasionally lift 5-20 pounds
Work Environment:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Salary : $17 - $19
