Description
Provide water/wastewater engineering services, including preliminary design and final design, hydraulic modeling, treatment process and technology comparisons, data analysis, permitting and project management. Prepare drawings, plan exhibits, pipe profiles, and other related documents for environmental, municipal and development engineering projects using ArcGIS, Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Design and supervise construction engineering, ranging from land development, water and wastewater, drainage, transportation, environmental, geotechnical, electrical, and structural. Prepare and submit Idaho State Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) permit applications and participate in DEQ review process. Prepare bid packages, engineering assessment, cost estimates, project schedule, and determine personnel and material needs and action plans. Conduct research studies on new treatment technologies and prepare maintenance manuals and technical reports/proposals. Prepare and conduct professional presentations, participate in conferences, client meetings and interaction with clients and contractors. Ensure project compliance with company practices, quality and safety standards and specifications.
Qualifications
Requires: Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Idaho Environmental Engineering License, 1 year of experience in job offered, and proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MS Office, and Infowater.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
