Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents safely and effectively.
• Document all medication administrations accurately and thoroughly.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.

Requirements:

• Current L.P.N., LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential.
• State-specific certifications, if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working with seniors, preferably in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
