Job Description: The LPN Supervision and Leadership Position at Sunrise Senior Living is a critical role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills. As an LPN, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and wellbeing of our residents, providing guidance and support to our care team, and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents
- Provide guidance and support to the care team
- Ensure high-quality care and services are being provided and documented
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved college/school of nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to the health and wellness of the elderly population
- Understands applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Possesses written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to teach and guide team members to provide quality clinical care
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications, with the ability to learn new applications
