Director of Sales
At Sunrise Senior Living, our Director of Sales plays a crucial role in building relationships and developing referrals. This position is essential to the success of our sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a pulse on local market conditions and identify potential referral sources to impact lead generation.
- Develop creative tactics to convert leads into move-ins.
- Train new team members as they gain experience on the Sunrise sales team.
- Reinforce the community's brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality or related healthcare environment (e.g. hospital, skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, CCRC or home health).
- Previous sales experience with a successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- A deeply ingrained passion for seniors to nurture relationships.
- Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week (usually Tuesday-Saturday) and some evenings as necessary.
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications.
