Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Review, read, note, and initialize daily logs to document pertinent information about residents.
- Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse and implement changes as necessary.
- Monitor and observe medication administration for each resident using the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
