Our Sales & Customer Solution Specialist team and marketing experts deliver low-risk penetration into new markets to enable community telecommunications brands we represent to seize business from rivals by making unique marketing & selling points more effectively known. Our Sales & Customer Solution Specialist team's expertise ensures the implementation of direct marketing & sales strategies that yield impactful results in any scenario or setting. This role develops and executes marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive in-store traffic, and increase sales. The ideal candidate understands retail trends, consumer behavior, and digital and traditional marketing techniques. Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Solution Specialist : Develop logistical planning for future enhancements with client's products in retail locations Enhance the image of telecommunications clients' products and brand placement Foresee team to create innovative results in driving customer involvement and appreciation Coordinate advertising promotional awareness for major clients' accounts Foster partnerships for retail clients Work side-by-side with marketing directors to manage and train a team to successfully drive revenue Requirements of the Sales & Customer Solution Specialist : Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) in Marketing or a related field from a two-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting Naturally competitive and maintains an athletic mentality in performance Skilled in management or open to training The desire for growth and an increase in professional responsibilities The Sales & Customer Solution Specialist role is perfect for new college graduates or anyone seeking an opportunity for advancement to Management.
