What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Janitorial Supervisor- Milwaukee Area position at Sunshine Cleaning Company LLC?
We are looking for an Account Supervisor to monitor our job sites and work directly with the Janitorial Crew to provide the best possible janitorial services to our customers. The Account Supervisor’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers. Ideally, candidates for this role will need to be attentive and have optimal customer service skills. Promote a safe work environment by complying with health and safety policies, reporting workplace incidents immediately and assist in incident investigation, Perform back-up cleaning duties if necessary. Monitor & order supplies to ensure that needed product or services are available. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should keeping our clients satisfied and attentive to all of clients needs.
Knowledge of basic fiscal management, supervision, and project management Knowledge of conflict management required.
Pay: Negotiable
Hours: Monday-Friday anytime from 8:00am-1:00pm & 3:00pm-10:00pm
*Hours can vary, weekends occasionally may be required*
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Required to have your own vehicle and will receive an allowance for gas and maintenance of your vehicle.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to Corporate Office located in South Milwaukee.
- Good communication skills

- Experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team
- Training experience.
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with Human Resource Department in regards to employment needs
Responsibilities
- Account Supervisor will manage building leads, floating cleaners, and cleaning staff.
- Training of new employees.
- Ensuring all buildings are being properly maintained and cleaned.
- Submitting inspection reports to management team.
- Weekly meetings with upper management team to discuss improvement plans and staffing plans to keep all customers satisfied.
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager
- Experience in hard surface floor care and carpet cleaning
- Ability to coordinate, plan and schedule project work
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Ensure compliance with Scope of Work
- Conduct monthly inspections with client
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively
- Solid experience with Google Applications and MS Office
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with good work ethic and strong organizational skills, reliable
- Must be able to provide verifiable previous employment history
