Responsibilities
- Maintain facility grounds and buildings in a neat, well trimmed and trash free appearance.
- Maintain sprinkler system.
- Snow removal off sidewalks, pathways and parking lots.
- Maintain sidewalks and pathways in an ice-free condition.
- Wash exteriors of windows.
- Assist Environmental Services Supervisor in routine maintenance of the facilities.
- Responsible for all interior and exterior painting.
- Repair and fix any and all such basic repairs in and around facility when deemed necessary and/or make decisions for outside repair when approved by management.
- Conduct and enforce fire and safety disaster drills for all areas on a quarterly basis.
- Keep facilities in a safe, well-repaired environment for all staff and residents.
