SunSouth, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. This position involves analyzing business needs, developing technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Design and configure solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insight.
- Provide support and training to end users on system functionality.
- Observe and identify opportunities to improve customer and user experience by optimizing systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software and customization required.
- Experience with data management, project management, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within an IT environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
