Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, with a focus on technical sales, energy solutions, and solar products. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with customers both in-person and through various sales channels, including door-to-door outreach. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door visits, to generate leads and close sales.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales; prior is a plus.
- HIS license
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts and follow-ups.
