Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, with a focus on technical sales, energy solutions, and solar products. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with customers both in-person and through various sales channels, including door-to-door outreach. A successful of the market to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door visits, to generate leads and close sales.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales; prior is a plus.
  • HIS license
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts and follow-ups.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the market.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Benefits:

License/Certification:

  • HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) license with CSLB (Required)
