Solar Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting our products and services. Your ability to effectively manage your territory and identify new sales opportunities will be key to your success. Duties

• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during client interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and resolving any issues that arise.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales is a must have.
• Strong background in retail sales or customer service is a must have.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using Aurora for creating solar proposals.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the designated territory.
• Must be highly driven to complete sales.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
