Our classrooms are a loving environment where we individualize lesson plans to each child. You will not only be meeting the "childs" basic needs, but you will also be working with their social & emotional, STEM, and other educational learning outcomes. Our teachers are held to a higher quality standard to always provide above excellent care to our students.
Applicants must have the following Skills:
*At least 18 years of age
*High School diploma or GED
**To be qualified as a teacher must have CDA, Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, or Education degree
*LOVE for children
*PATIENCE
*Creativity
*DEPENDABILITY
*Organization
*Willing to take a Transportation class
*Complete minimum 24 hours of in-service hours annually
*Ability to communicate with parents, children and staff
*Follow detailed instructions
*Have great cleaning skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of toddlers.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and support special education needs.
Summary
As a Full-Time Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role requires strong classroom management and communication skills, along with a solid foundation in early childhood education. You will utilize your expertise in curriculum development and behavior management to support the developmental needs of toddlers. Reporting to the Preschool Director, you will collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies and ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom atmosphere. Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
