The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, budgets, and schedules, as well as a strong knowledge of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and met.
- Supervise and direct team members, subcontractors, and vendors on project sites.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial and status reports to leadership.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any on-site challenges.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring creative visions to life while meeting client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Excavation, construction, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
