Superior is currently seeking an HSEQ Analyst to join our team in Lafayette, LA (On-Site 4 days). The HSEQ Analyst will report directly to the HSE Leaders of the Superior Rentals Division and Superior Services Division to manage technical data, serve as administrator of the incident reporting system, help streamline HSEQ processes for continuous improvement, and coordinate HSEQ training activities as directed.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Research, hypothesize, and develop analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to create predictive analytics / modeling data
- Maintain and evaluate key HSEQ performance information, utilize statistical data to identify HSEQ performance trends, and provide them to management companywide
- Serve as administrator within the internal incident management system application (SIMS)
- Serve as the OSHA Recordkeeper by reviewing and accurately classifying all incidents, ensuring compliance with OSHA recordkeeping guidelines, and overseeing case management of all incidents
- Assist Business Units in the coordination and tracking of HSEQ training activities
