Job Purpose/Summary:

The Atlanta Office Coordinator is a full-time role performing a wide variety of administrative tasks and providing support to the Atlanta office.

What Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. is Asking You to Do:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office upon arrival.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail by reading and analyzing the correspondence to determine their significance and then distributes to the appropriate individual.
  • Prepare outgoing packages and labels.
  • Maintain company phone list.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems.
  • Makes travel arrangements as needed.
  • Facility maintenance requests.
  • Request certificates of insurance for corresponding projects.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, statements, and other documents.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons and other meetings.
  • Provides clerical support to other departments.
  • Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist others with projects and tasks as needed.
  • Assist with A/R collection efforts, including monthly statement distribution.
  • Assist with prequalification documents for new job setups and send out notice to owner paperwork as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
