As an Executive Assistant, you will be critical in helping your CEO drive organizational success by removing obstacles and helping them focus on high-impact activities. You will also collaborate with others if this helps your CEO achieve their goals.
While this is a behind-the-scenes position, the impact of a successful person in this role will be felt throughout the organization. We will provide you variety and clarity without micromanagement.
Responsibilities:
They will vary, but some of the things you can expect to see in your day to day are:
- Executive assistant to business owner to enhance their productivity
- Ensures that the business owner has allotted time to work on tasks and action items associated with their client meetings.
- Assists with marketing initiatives
- Manages the entrepreneur's calendar
- Arranges travel itineraries and non-business events for business owner
- Executes project-related tasks to contribute to the firm’s development
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Effective calendar blocking to ensure productivity and success of CEO
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
- Ability to improvise and proactively assist in client requests or firm tasks
- High communication skills (written and verbal)
- Above average organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and organize workflow
- This position requires candidates to live within a 45-mile radius of our office location. This is to ensure that the employee can reliably commute and meet the job’s operational needs.
