Job Duties
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on compensation benchmarks and benefits packages
- Coordinating and administering compensation programs
- Analyzing and evaluation current HR strategies, program, and practices
- Developing and implementing HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assisting in talent acquisition, recruitment processes and workforce planning
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Performing regular audits on HR files and records
- Preparing reports and presentations on HR metrics for management
- Participating in HR projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and new initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-based reports on HR metrics
- Strong skills in statistics and data analysis
- Ability to design and implement effective research and data analysis
- Strong knowledge of HR databases and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Several years of relevant work experience
