What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Supreme Modular?
Provide administrative support to company. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Hours Needed:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Slight adjustment to schedule may be possible depending on availability. *Schedule may require the need to shift to a Tuesday – Saturday schedule. Saturdays are from 9am to 4pm.
Qualifications:
- Computer literate.
- Microsoft Office Skills a must.
- Proficient in typing.
- Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers,
- telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
- Realtors license a plus.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
- Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing,
- Mailing and filing.
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
- Contact new sales inquiries
- Follow up with sales inquiries
- Support staff in assigned project‐based work.
- Assists in special events, such as home shows and open houses.
- Assist with overall maintenance of the organization and its offices.
- Other duties as assigned.
