ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will report directly to the Controller and will work closely with all our Business Operations teams. This position will offer a great deal of opportunity to learn and grow as you help support a diverse group of multiple businesses.

This person will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and reviewing monthly financial transactions and activities to ensure integrity of the general ledger and accuracy of accounting entries
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes as well as various treasury responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting required tax reports, such as quarterly estimated tax payments and informational returns
- Maintaining accurate records of tax filings, payments, and correspondence with tax authorities
- Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and other financial data
- Providing technical accounting support to various departments.
- Providing financial analysis and financial metrics to support operational initiatives
- Helping with the development, review, and continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, checklists, and related documentation
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
ABOUT THE NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience required
- Sage Intacct experience a plus, but not required
- High-level Proficiency in Excel is mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to function well in a team environment as well as work independently
- Flexible and adaptable with ability to perform in a growing and rapidly changing environment
