SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Receptionist for a large, well-known client in Terrell, Tx. As a skilled Warehouse Receptionist you will perform a variety of Customer Service, Computer Order Entry and Billing for Merchandising & Service.

- Answer incoming calls, identifying and properly directing calls to correct department.
- Respond to customer initial request for on-site services; (i.e.: Cart or ladder repair, cleaning, electric (mart) cart repair, etc.)
- Enter into Corrigo service program for dispatcher to schedule.
- New Order Processing
- Developing basic understanding of company product lines; Merchandising products, carts, service and parts
- Ability to source information from sales desk information, computer and other tools; Ability to properly process new order from written purchase order.
- Inputting all service order data using basic knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Pull orders from bin to match with paperwork
- Regular routine filing of invoices and other records
Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications
- High school degree.
- Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven, successful work experience in the accounting field, preferably as an accounts receivable clerk or accounts payable clerk.
- Solid working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, as well as relevant database and accounting software.
- Significant, hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Ability to perform all filing and record keeping duties.
- Solid data entry and word processing skills.
