Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservationist to join our team. This role is perfect for a sales-driven individual with a passion for customer service. As a Reservationist, you will guide our guests through the booking process, provide personalized vacation rental recommendations, and enhance the guest experience through thoughtful service and effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Engage with potential guests, offering personalized vacation rental suggestions that meet their needs and budgets.
- Reservation Management: Accurately process bookings and manage availability within our system.
- Sales: Utilize selling techniques to promote services such as travel insurance, linens, and other guest facing amenities.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues with bookings or guest concerns during their stay.
- Customer Support: Provide support for booking modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries with a focus on maintaining a positive guest experience.

Physical Requirements
This position involves typical office activities, including standing, sitting, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment
The role is based in our office in Salvo, NC, with the expectation of in-person attendance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
