As a Surface Experts Customer Care Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties And Responsibilities
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
- In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
- Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
- Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning and maintaining trust with our Customers
- Documenting customer interaction activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
- Reporting accurately and frequently
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales
- Enjoys working with people
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- At least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
- General working knowledge of the property management industry and/or construction industry
- Experience using CRM tool and process
- Experience working in base commission environment
- Competitive salary with commission on gross sales.
