Are you a driven and bilingual (English and Spanish) individual looking to start your career in the medical device industry? SurgiShop is hiring an entry-level Wholesale and International Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!
Employment/Initial Training will require the candidate to be ON SITE and present between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday. We are looking for candidates that can follow directions, take initiative, and possess excellent social/sales skills! This position is geared for individuals interested in joining a growing company within the Medical Device Industry, accompanied by a company culture that praises new ideas, prioritizes communication, and promotes the enrichment/professional growth of each member within the organization.

SurgiShop
Our organization, SurgiShop, ventured into the retail PMD (Prescribed Medical Device) redistribution market in early 2018. SurgiShop focuses on pioneering quality professional relationships and supply chain solutions for end-user facilities. Our 30 years of combined management, sales, and medical-related experience provides all our reps with the foundation, tactics, and techniques to close deals; and achieve gross sales goals quarter after quarter! We provide our sales reps with the best quality & lowest priced items in the surgical disposable market.
PREREQUISITES
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of international and wholesale sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- ***This position will be heavily focused on phone/email sales
TRAINING
We advise that all applicants have sales-related experience before applying. However, SurgiShop will invest resources, time, and effort into reps that demonstrate that they possess the aptitude and mindset to be successful.
Training will include written materials, pitch training, and shadowing current reps (ALSO: online joint presentations or shadowing pitches to qualified leads for larger practices or multiple practices over consecutive days).
COMPENSATION
- Compensation between $40K - $50K per year based on experience and an uncapped commission plan.
