Leadership experience is a significant advantage, as this role may advance to a director-level position.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop and implement advanced digital control systems for power electronics applications.
- FPGA Development: Design, program, and optimize FPGA-based systems for real-time control and signal processing.
- Embedded Programming: Write efficient and reliable code for embedded systems using DSPs or microcontrollers.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate digital control solutions into both existing and new products.
- Project Management: Lead and manage control systems projects from concept to completion.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications - Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in FPGA development and embedded programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VHDL, Verilog, C/C , and MATLAB.
- Strong knowledge of digital control theory and power electronics applications.
Preferred Skills - Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in power electronic control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams.
- Experience with high power or high voltage systems is a significant plus.
Pay range and compensation package - 170-225k
Salary : $170,000 - $225,000
