Responsibilities

- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventative measures.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and inspections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a safety coordinator or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Must have OSHA 30
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 500, CPR/First Aid) are a plus.
