IT Technician

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on problem solver to join our team as an IT Technician. Whether you're already experienced in electromechanical systems or you’re technically inclined and eager to learn, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Install & Configure Computer and Hardware

• Set up computers and hardware at customer locations.
• Connect Computers to local or cloud servers and ensure proper network integration.

Maintain & Troubleshoot Equipment

• Diagnose and repair issues involving electronics, networking, and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Work with internal teams or vendors when issues require deeper support.

Support Customers

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues onsite or remotely.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the problem, the solution, and next steps.
• Provide simple training or guidance to help customers use computers and applications effectively.

Document Your Work

• Log service calls, maintenance history, parts used, and configurations.
• Keep accurate records to help us continually improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with tools, follow diagrams, and think through problems logically.
• Basic understanding of computers and networks
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude with customers.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for installations and repairs.

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Familiarity with wiring, networking, or computer hardware.
• Certifications or coursework in IT, electronics, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
