We are seeking a passionate and results-driven sales manager to join our team. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- 10 years of experience in a sales manager role, preferably in a larger ticket B2C or agriculture sales department.
- Demonstrated dedication to education and reading for inspiring new ideas on sales strategies, leadership, and coaching.
- Understanding of non-commissioned environments.
