- Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with various wedding vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and officiants, to ensure the highest quality of services within budgetary parameters
- Budget Management: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets for weddings, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and seeking cost-effective solutions to maximize value while meeting clients' financial constraints
