We are seeking a Property Management Clerk to join our property management team. As a Property Management Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files for our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update filing systems for tenant records, lease agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Assist with data entry and updates in property management software.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and basic reports related to property management operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, vendors, and internal staff.
- Perform general office tasks, such as sorting mail, scheduling meetings, and assisting with administrative projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business administration is a plus).
- Prior administrative, clerical, or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
