Shawsheen Animal Hospital, in Tewksbury Massachusetts, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is looking for a Veterinary Technician to join our team.

Who We're Looking For

• A team player with a passion for veterinary medicine and client education.
• While a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) is preferred, it is not required—we value experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Someone excited to work with a diverse patient base, including exotic animals.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to animals, ensuring their comfort and well-being during examinations and treatments.
• Assist veterinarians in performing diagnostic tests, surgeries, and procedures, including animal catheterization and restraint.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, utilizing veterinary terminology and knowledge of animal physiology.
• Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the veterinary facility, including kennel and laboratory areas.
