Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and answering questions professionally and efficiently.
- Proactively reach out to potential leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on customer inquiries for both the sales and service departments.
- Book service appointments for vehicle maintenance or repairs and sales appointments for test drives or consultations.
- Contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction after visits.
- Accurately record customer information, service needs, and sales inquiries in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers.

Maintain a professional appearance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and scheduling systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service
