SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to provide essential support to our growing team of commercial real estate advisors. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and marketing support to commercial real estate advisors.
  • Manage property listings on platforms such as Crexi, CoStar, and Buildout.
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Organize contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
  • Track key performance metrics and maintain company databases.
  • Assist with office operations, event coordination, and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or marketing role preferred, but recent college graduates or candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-time, salaried position (compensation based on experience).
