Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

What you will do:
Dispatch the drivers to their assigned Havana routes including Ford, Subaru, Hyundai and Mazda. Verify parts, research the system and verify delivery, confirm signed copies are on file, and audit the zone and confirm undelivered parts are scheduled for next delivery run.
Collect all paperwork from the driver's route and verify the system accurately reflects the status as delivered.
Confirm payment on delivery for all invoices.
Follow up with drivers, wholesale team and Accounting to rectify any non payments. Update the system with collection and payment notes.
Log all COD checks in the system, and prepare and deliver a daily rooftop log.
Drive to the rooftops daily to deliver the cash and check deposits.
Hold drivers and vendor(s) accountable for COD deliveries, including pulling daily reports, and verifying that delivery standards are followed on each order.
Respond to customer and sales emails in a timely manner. Update customers regarding time frames and order statuses.
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills
Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License.
Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations.
Able to use/learn to use: Google Suite and other automotive software products as required.
