Swafford Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position requires PREVIOUS FLORIDA INSURANCE AGENCY PERSONAL LINES EXPERIENCE, a friendly, out-going attitude and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum 2 years of Florida personal lines insurance experience, with a focus on homeowners policies.
- Required: Experience in an insurance agency environment.
- Required: Active 440, 20-44, or 220 Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for helping clients.
- Working daily in a positive, knowledgeable, team-based office environment
- Aggressive Bonus structure, NO CAP
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience and licensing, starting point listed)
- Health Insurance (Monthly Allowance)
- Simple IRA (matching)

- Pay: From $42,000.00 per year plus bonus
