Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with educational standards and tailored to meet diverse learning needs.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Observe, monitor, and document student progress through assessments and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on children’s progress and collaborate on any concerns.
- Employ classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Eligible for an R Number through the Oregon Central Background Registry.
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and a Food Handler's Card.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of a ratio-driven childcare environment.
